I suffered an injury resulting in a patellar dislocation and slight meniscus tear and received subsequent anthroscopic surgery to treat the problem.At the time my Physical Therapy began I had only a 45° range of motion, I was unable to walk without crutches and/or a brace, and my pain was consistent.This condition greatly impacted my personal, social, and professional life.I was not able to work during the time of recovery after my surgery.When I came in for my first Physical Therapy session I was evaluated with simple exercises and my general mobility and strength (or lack thereof) was assessed in my leg.My therapy program consisted of functional activities to increase flexion, range of motion, and strength.Tracking of my progress was done in a very consistent manner throughout each session.My condition has improved remarkably from the onset of therapy and I have continued to progress since.My social and personal mobility has increased greatly.My current range of motion is 138º - a fantastic improvement from where I began.I continue to use the tools provided by this office to improve my strength and am looking forward to getting myself back to a full range of motion.- Kathleen S.

"I'll live happily ever after"

I was at my wits end. My left foot had been painful for several month before I finally went to see my fairy godmother. She suggested I go see Ron. My first visit was very thorough, I hadn't even realized how bad the 4" heel in my glass slippers were for me until Ron pointed it out. After several weeks of physical therapy my pain was almost gone, I understood the importance of continuing with my home program and I traded in the high heels for a pair of glass crocs. Thanks to Ron I know I'll live happily ever after, now.
