FALL SOCCER REGISTRATION: August 9th through August 29th Don't forget to sign up on time.

NOTE: Parents, encourage your children to practice with the soccer ball for 10 minutes every day. Try a few foot skills every night and watch 5 min. of any professional soccer game that may be on television.

Soccer Skills

 

Practice Dribbling your soccer ball every night at home. Spend 10 minutes at it and work on control of the ball.

Basic Soccer Defense: basic one on one technique for denying space.

This videos shows some great scores and is fun to watch... and maybe perform yourselves, hint hint.

• Size 3-4-5 Soccer Ball (write name and Phone # on Ball)

• Shin Guards (Mandatory for Safety) | Cleats Highly Recommended

• Drink- Water is fine but they will get thirsty. Make Sure You Write Their Name on Bottles.

• Proper Clothing- dress in layers and have gloves and hat available.Remember, the weather outside your front door is not the weather at the soccer fields.

Summer Soccer Camps

Carbonara Pro Soccer Camp - this is the flyer given out by the Lower Township Rec. Dept.

Maher Brothers * Pro Touch * Summer Soccer Camps - I have no experience with these gentlemen but they were kind enough to drop off a great packet at the office.

Charlie Duccilli Summer Camp sponsored by CESC - aside from being sponsored by Cape Express Soccer this is the only camp so far that is in the evening when we working class individuals can take our kids and the weather is less intense.
